It's only Tuesday, but I feel like it should be much later in the week. Things have been busy, as usual. We didn't do anything terribly exciting this weekend. It was a rainy Saturday, so we spent the day inside and did some shopping for a new printer. Our old one does not work with the new laptop we bought a few months ago to replace our very slow seven year old computer. Since I do the church bulletins from home, I must have a working printer. In the mean time I am continuing to use the aforementioned very slow computer to print the bulletins from. Oh well, it's not that big of a deal. Anyway, the printer search is still ongoing.
On Sunday, we had a good day at church and I spent a little of the afternoon out on a story. I stayed home from church Sunday evening with Lorelei. She had a runny nose and was just acting like she felt miserable, so we kept her home just in case.
Yesterday I taught the writing class at our homeschool co-op at church. I had a good time with that, and I hope the kids did, too. We worked on writing a letter, and I had them write to the children of missionaries our church supports.
This morning we spent running errands and I have just sent off my most recent article to my editor. I am very happy that I am getting back into writing articles again, but it is just one more thing on my plate and I need to be very careful to manage my time wisely. So, I will get around to all of your sites, I just might be little slower at it than usual.
I'll leave you with a few pictures we took last Thursday evening when my husband decided we needed to carve some of our pumpkins:

Her face is hilarious, isn't it? Despite how she looks, she really did like scooping all "gunk" out of the pumpkin.Lorelei wanted to hold her pumpkin, but she couldn't keep her eyes off what was going on at the other end of the table.

Very cute photos. Sounds like a busy but fun week!
So cute! i am glad that someone else is still carving pumpkins now too! We JUST got ours and are decorating this afternoon
I just love Ainsley's hair. She is too adorable!
Oh, how cute!! Priceless pictures.
That's cute. I wonder if we'll ever carve ours in time??????? Oh well, even if it's after Halloween I suppose we can still carve them.
The pictures are so sweet!
Sounds like you all had a good time carving the pumpkins. I had the miserable cold thing last week, but I'm feeling so much better!
From your last post-I think your cake turned out prettier then the professional one!!!
Have a blessed week! Julie
Oh, that looks like some great sensory fun going on there!!!
We tried your soup over the weekend! It was yummy! Thanks for sharing it with us!!!
You sound like you're keeping busy, but not TOO busy! That's a great balance! Keep up the good work.

Aines looks so much older holding her big pumpkin. Luke still has a yucky cough and not sleeping. And I feel like a week of these nights between Ben and Luke are running me out as well. Hopefully this cough thing will end today. I am trying EVERYTHING!
Yes I did. HEHEHE!! You looked familiar to me and I thought
I may have known you. Well, hope you're doing well. And yes,
I do stay pretty busy...which is why I have to run now.
LOL!!! Have a blessed day!
So cute! The autumn colors are gorgeous and what a good daddy to help! : )
Thank you for your sweet comment, Cathi! I hope you had a good time at church last night! We had a blessed time at our 'gathering' last night! And I'm sorry I missed this post from Tuesday! Sounds like you have been busy, but having a fun time too! I love the pictures, and yes, Ainsley's face is very expressive there! I also am praying that little Lorelei is feeling better! We are getting ready for a 3 day craft show this weekend, so that will keep me busy until Monday! You enjoy the rest of your week there with your sweet family!
Blessings,
Deborah <><
Hi Cathi!
I haven't forgotten that you tagged me awhile back--just haven't had time to do anything about it! So I plan to work on it this afternoon.
I enjoyed catching up on your posts.
Hugs,
Laurie
